What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Till and Paybill), Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cash on delivery for select Nairobi locations. You can also pay in-store at our Nairobi CBD office.
Can I pay in instalments or on credit?
We currently do not offer in-house financing. However, we work with select banks and mobile credit providers โ contact us on WhatsApp to discuss options available for your order.
Can I negotiate the price?
Our prices are competitively set and regularly updated. However, for bulk orders of 5+ units we offer volume discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can I place an order via WhatsApp?
Yes โ many of our customers order directly via WhatsApp on 0703 961 936. Share the product you want, your location and preferred payment method and we'll handle the rest.
Is it safe to pay online on your store?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all card payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Can I reserve a product and pay later?
We can hold a product for up to 24 hours with a confirmed deposit. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange this.

Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes โ we offer same-day delivery within Nairobi CBD and its environs. For upcountry locations, delivery takes 1โ3 business days via trusted courier partners including G4S and Wells Fargo.
How much does delivery cost?
- Nairobi CBD and immediate environs: from KES 200
- Nairobi suburbs: KES 300โ500
- Upcountry: from KES 500 depending on location and package weight

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes โ you can visit our Nairobi CBD office and collect your order directly. Call ahead to confirm stock availability before visiting.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with confirmation once your order is dispatched, including courier tracking details where applicable.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Contact us immediately on 0703 961 936 and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated until delivery is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently serve customers within Kenya only. For East African orders, contact us to discuss options.

Are your products genuine and brand new?
Yes โ all brand new products are sourced from authorised distributors and come with the manufacturer's original warranty. We do not sell counterfeits.
Do you sell refurbished laptops?
Yes. We stock certified refurbished laptops that have been professionally tested, cleaned and restored to full working condition. These are clearly labelled as refurbished and come with a warranty.
What is the difference between brand new and refurbished?
Brand new products are sealed in original manufacturer packaging. Refurbished products are pre-owned units that have been tested and certified โ they are significantly cheaper but may show minor cosmetic wear. Both carry a warranty.
Can I request a specific laptop configuration (RAM, storage, processor)?
Yes โ we can source specific configurations on request. Contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements and budget and we will advise on availability and lead time.
Do your laptops come with Windows installed?
Some models come with Windows pre-installed (specified in the product listing). Others come with FreeDOS and will require a Windows licence, which we can also supply separately.
Do you sell Apple products?
Yes โ we stock MacBooks and select Apple accessories. Check our MacBooks collection or contact us for current availability.
Are accessories (chargers, bags, mice) genuine?
Yes โ we sell only genuine accessories from recognised brands. We do not stock generic or counterfeit accessories.

What warranty do your products come with?
- Laptops & Desktops: 1 year manufacturer warranty
- Printers: 1 year manufacturer warranty
- Networking equipment: 1 year manufacturer warranty
- Accessories & peripherals: 3โ6 months depending on brand
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, damage from power surges or unauthorised modifications.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us on WhatsApp at 0703 961 936 or visit our Nairobi CBD office. We will assess the issue and liaise with the manufacturer or authorised service centre on your behalf.
My laptop has a problem โ do you offer repair services?
Yes โ we have in-house technicians who handle laptop repairs, software installations, virus removal, screen replacements and hardware upgrades. Contact us for a diagnosis and quote.
Do you offer data recovery services?
Yes โ we offer data recovery for hard drives and SSDs. Contact us with details of the issue for an assessment.
What happens if a product breaks after the warranty expires?
We still offer paid repair services after the warranty period. Contact us for a diagnosis and repair quote.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days only if the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Once opened, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days via M-Pesa or bank transfer.
Can I exchange a product for a different model?
Yes โ exchanges are possible within 7 days subject to stock availability and product condition. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.

Do you supply schools, universities and government institutions?
Yes โ we regularly supply laptops, printers, networking equipment and accessories to schools, universities, NGOs and government institutions across Kenya. We can provide LPOs, invoices and KRA PINs.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes โ orders of 5+ units qualify for volume pricing. Contact us on WhatsApp or email for a formal quotation.
Can you provide an LPO and official invoice?
Yes โ we are a registered business and can process LPOs, issue ETR receipts and provide all necessary documentation for institutional procurement.
Do you offer IT setup and installation services?
Yes โ for corporate clients we offer on-site setup, network installation, printer configuration and staff training. Contact us for a service quote.
